柬埔寨联赢科技有限公司成立于2023年3月16日，是湖北联球科技有限公司在柬埔寨投资成立的项目公司。公司地址位于柬埔寨西哈努克省波雷诺布区塔内公社塔内村。公司是东南亚唯一一家稀贵金属、多金属综合回收以及分离加工，产业链齐全，独特的高新行业科技型企业。公司在全球范围内回收有色金属和稀贵金属矿石系列原料，加工具有自主知识产权的钽铌合金及其他稀贵金属产品、以及岩棉系列副产品。公司目标是建设成为全球领先的大型有色金属、小金属，及稀贵金属综合回收加工冶炼厂。公司主要采购原材料包括：铜矿、铜炉渣、铜湿法泥、铜烟道灰；镍矿、镍脱硫渣、镍炉渣、镍湿法泥、镍烟道灰；钴矿、钴湿法泥；钨矿、钨湿法泥、钨炉渣、钨烟道灰；锡矿、锡湿法泥、锡炉渣、锡烟道灰；钼矿、钼湿法泥、钼炉渣、钼烟道灰；钽铌矿、钽铌湿法泥、钽铌炉渣、钽铌烟道灰；锑矿等。主要产品包括：钨铁、钼铁、铌铁、氟钽酸钾、氧化钽、氧化铌、金属钽粉、钽条、锡锭等。

Union-Win Technology Co., Ltd was established on March 16, 2023, which is located at Ta Nei village, Ta Nei commune, Prey Nob district, Preah Sihanouk province, Cambodia. It is the subsidiary corporation of Hubei Global Union Technology Co., Ltd. The company is the only high-tech enterprise in Southeast Asia engaged in the comprehensive recycling, separation, and processing of rare metals and precious metals, with a complete industrial chain.

公司充分利用柬埔寨低成本劳动力资源优势、港口距离优势（距离最近的OMP码头约22公里，距离卡森码头约35公里，距离西哈努克港口约60公里），以及税收优惠力度大（利润税前6年免缴，后9年减免，进出口关税和增值税永久免缴）的优势，以及公司在钽铌合金、钨铁合金、钼铁合金和铌铁合金产品加工等方面的专利优势，投资建设联赢科技有限公司柬埔寨国际钽铌合金综合回收加工中心及岩棉生产基地项目。项目分三期建设，项目首期总用地面积180000㎡（270亩），一期主要建设8条火法冶炼生产线以及10条岩棉生产线，二期拟投资建设大型发电厂，可用储备用地面积500000㎡，三期拟建设钽系列产品的精加工生产线。

Our company takes advantages of the low-cost labor resources, port advantages (about 22 kilometers from the OMP Wharf, about 35 kilometers from the Carson Wharf, and about 60 kilometers from the Sihanoukville Port), significant tax incentives (permanent exemption from import and export tariffs and value-added tax), as well as the company's patent advantages in the processing of tantalum- niobium alloy, Ferrotungsten, Ferromolybdenum, and Ferroniobium products, to construct the Cambodia International Tantalum-Niobium Alloy Comprehensive Recycling and Processing Center and the Rock Wool Production Base.

This project is planned to be constructed in three phases. The total land area for the first phase will be 180,000 square meters (270 acres), which is mainly used for the construction of 8 pyrometallurgical production lines and 10 rock wool production lines. In the second phase, a large- scale power plant is planned to be constructed, with an available reserve land area of 500,000 square meters.In the third phase, the deep processing production line of tantalum series products is planned to be constructed.
